The studio

    An agentic AI studio. A weekly animated show (the feed), the cast of characters it renders stories with, the agents that make it, and Elara, the first character, who tutors German.

    React, Vite and three.js on the page; the show produced by a pipeline of image, motion and voice models, run by a Producer agent on the studio's own machines. Every file carries a machine-readable rights reservation.

    „Das Ritual mit Elara“: daily C1 German with an AI tutor. You talk, typed or spoken; she answers in her voice, corrects you, sees the photo you show her, and keeps the words you reach for in your vault. Each session comes back as a review, a story, a poem.

    React app; an API on AWS Lambda with Postgres; a Node proxy on AWS Lightsail in front of the language, speech and image models; invitations, mail and a spend cap per learner.

    A website chat that runs on conversation paths you write yourself, with a live mode that streams from a model. The same widget is embedded in MyCompanion's room and on the studio's pages.

    One UMD bundle, mounted by any host page; a landing page with a demo that runs entirely in the browser.

    One photo, one idea, one week: a short narrated film drawn in the place of your photo. The request door into the studio's production line, the same one that makes the weekly show.

    A product made as a template: one config file, a sealed design system, the intake on the studio's API, production by the Producer agent.

How it is made

One coordinator I talk to and specialists behind it, each with one job, its own model and a visible cost: knowledge, research, craft, the build, privacy, production. The studio's own work — its characters, the weekly show, the products above — is made this way, and it is the proof. The agents are presented on storyrender.com.
